Elderflowerwood

Happy Lunar New Year all! I trust that you’ve all been stuffing yourselves silly with pineapple tarts, love letters and bak kwa. Hope that the ang pow collection (and money earned from gambling hehe) has been going well and that you’re all set for retail therapy because I’ve got yet another online store to introduce.

Elderflowerwood sent me these two lovely, easy-to-wear pieces – the Aurora Crochet Skirt and Azalea Tube dress:)

The crochet skirt reminds me of Sunday picnics. Floral cutouts, flare cut, pastel orange, what’s not to love? It’s light and airy – perfect for sunny days, yet sturdy enough to stay in place when the wind blows (absolutely hate having to awkwardly hold down a light-material skirt for fear of it flying up). I also seem to be pretty obsessed with crochets and cutouts lately, love intricate details!

Totally digging the Aztec prints on this dress. It comes in both light and dark colours but I chose the dark print cause it seemed more edgyJ It’s got a flattering cut of a skater dress/circle skirt and the sweetheart neckline and padding at the bust enhances your -ahem- assets ;) Dresses like these are an essential because they’re so easy to slip in and out of, especially during lazy days.

The best part? The above two pieces are from the Sales section, so YAY!

Elderflowerwood has just launched a collection this week so be sure to visit! Here’s my personal favourite from the collection, I'd like to call it the cold shoulder top haha :D Gotta love the rustic feel of the pictures too!
